21:00 Amber Smith (band)
Amber smith is a Budapest-based alternative pop (some might call it indie) group. Originally formed in 2000, after two albums and years of touring in Europe, the band became known in 2006 with their Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins)-produced album, “rePRINT”, released in Germany. The LP reached nr1 on DCRC (German University Radio Charts) upon release. The title track was produced by Yonderboi. The 2008 follow-up, “Introspective”, was released in the Baltics, Hungary, and distributed in Germany. The record received praising reviews, and received “Fonogram Prize” as the best alternative album. The two singles from the album – ‘’Introspective’’ and ‘’Select all/delete all’’ received many radio plays and became fan favourites since. After an 18-month hiatus, the self-titled album was released in February 2012 , re-instating the band’s status in Hungary. A new, yet untitled record is scheduled for a spring 2015 release that will show amber smith rejuvenated, energetic and in their full pop armour. Amber smith had numerous tours/gigs in Croatia, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Lithuania, and played in Japan, as well as Austin’s prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in USA in 2009.

22:00 THE MOOG
Hungarian quintet the Moog were founded by Tonyo (vocals, keyboards), Gergo (drums, percussion), and Adi (guitar), three childhood friends who bonded over Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, and Placebo. After playing covers and writing their own material, the trio members decided to turn their band into a serious effort in 2004 and met their future bassist, Csabi. (Though Csabi didn’t know how to play the instrument when he first met the band, his enthusiasm for the group caused him to learn quickly.) With the addition of final member Miguel (guitar), the Moog took musical inspiration from the likes of the Fratellis and the Arctic Monkeys and set about recording their first album. Sold for Tomorrow was released on MuSick Records in 2008.

Alba Hyseni – is an Albanian singer who has been living in Hungary for 17 years. Her alt, contra alt tone of voice has captured the attention of experts long ago, which isn’t surprising since its basically unparalleled around the world. In her triphop, dark rock and jazz-infused songs she descends into such amazing depths that listeners may feel like following her is a sinful pleasure. The songs written by the singer who speaks and writes in seven languages always blossom into beautiful melancholic tunes. Listening to her dark but melodious music is a unique experience.
