GASZTRONÓMIA: Manna, az égből hullott isteni eledel. E latin eredetű elnevezés az étterem gasztronómiai különlegességére, lágy hangzása pedig exkluzív kényelmére és finom harmóniájára utal. Gasztrofilozófiájuk lényege, hogy a nemzetközi és a magyar konyha remekeit eredeti alapanyagok felhasználásával, autentikus módon elkészítve, a lehető legigényesebben tálalva kínáljuk vendégeiknek. A magas színvonalú kulináris élvezetről kiemelkedő konyha gondoskodik, mely számtalan díjjal rendelkezik.

 

VARÁZSLATOS FEKVÉS: Az étterem néhány méterre található a Budai Vártól. Az egyedi elhelyezkedés miatt különleges vonzerő az étterem. Az Alagút tetejéről pazar a kilátás, a csodás panorámát a téli időszakban is zavartalanul élvezhetjük az éttermet körülölelő üvegfalakon át. A különleges épület közvetlenül a Budai vár alatt, a fákkal borított domboldalban bújik meg. Az ízlésesen, meleg színekkel és finom harmóniával berendezett étterem valóságos nyugalom szigete a város forgatagából kiszakadni vágyóknak. A Mannában a turistákat is kellemes kikapcsolódás és remek konyha várja egy várban tett séta előtt vagy után. Elérhető távolságban, közel a belvároshoz, karnyújtásnyira az Attila úttól, vagy a Clark Ádám tértől.

GASTRONOMY: Manna is a word of Latin, indeed biblical origin, the name of the food given by God to Man. By alluding to such a noble genealogy, we wanted to describe the uniqueness of our gastronomy, and through the word’s resounding softness, the comfort and harmony of our restaurant. The central tenant of our ‘gastronomical philosophy’ is to prepare both Hungarian and international dishes to the highest of standards. We always use fresh and authentic ingredients, and cook as well as present our dishes with style, flavor and finesse

 

OUR MARVELLOUS LOCATION: The restaurant is located some meters far from the Castle of Buda which is a world heritage site. Because of its position of this are both the Hungarian and foreign tourists or guests find it magnetism or charm. The Restaurant is situated in unique place above the Tunnel, amongst the Castle Hill’s age old trees and walls providing an attraction for foreign guests as much as local residents. While seated, your may enjoy an astounding panoramic view due to one of our architectural novelties, a glass wall that surrounds the restaurant throughout all the various seasons.
